5.2 The user guarantees that he has reached the legal age to grant a power of attorney in Italy and acknowledges that, failing that, Konnettiamo will be able to withhold the amount of the service even if it is impossible to obtain the Tax Code.

5.3 The user will be required to provide some personal details and provide payment card details to settle the balance of the service.

5.4 With the payment, the user gives an express mandate to Konnettiamo Srl to submit a request for the acquisition of the Tax Code to the Italian Revenue Agency.

6. Consumer Agreement (Information, Cancellation and Additional Costs)

6.1 These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Despite what is said about the jurisdiction, a natural person who uses any of our services for a use that can be considered unrelated to his professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as “consumer”) may invoke the laws in force in the country in question. which he has his habitual residence.
